Step 1.

Photograph

Simply call us to book a photography appointment. Usually, we can accept your request with in 2 days and complete your job with in 24 hours of the shoot.

Step 2.

Virtual Home Tour

Once we have arrived at your home, we will assess how many 360 virtual tour shots that will be needed. Most homes will require 2-4 panoramic shots.

*Most homes will be photographed within 30 minutes time as we are able to be very efficient without using lighting kits etc.

Step 3.

Flyers or Brochures

After the completion of your photo shoot, we will process and post your virtual tour and photo links and email them to you. To receive a flyer template, reply to us with your flyer copy. We will create a flyer proof with in 24 hours.

YOU'RE DONE!

Upon approval of your flyer, your marketing package is done! Please allow 24 hours for delivery of all flyer orders and we will need the MLS# of your home to publish your photos and virtual tour on the web.
