What form of payment is accepted?
A - We accept
all major credit cards for payment, including AMEX. Unfortunately,
we do not invoice but you can pay with personal check at the
end of the shoot if you desire.
Q -
How do I prepare for the photo shoot?
A - Because
our shooting schedules are often tightly booked, we ask that
you call and notify the sellers to be camera ready prior to the
time of your appointment.
In other words, prior to our photo appointment, we ask
that you remove all automobiles from the front of the home and
driveway. Please turn on all interior lights to help us capture
the most warm and inviting feeling when we photograph your home.
Please also remove any unwanted items from view in all rooms
that will be photographed.
Q -
How do I post the Virtual Tour Link on the MLS?
A - As we
do not enter the mls, you will need copy and paste the virtual
tour link through paragon. Click on “Manage Your Listing,” then “Add
Virtual Tour.” We will email your still photos to the
mls, as well as Realtor.com, for the techs to post. We will publish
your virtual tour on Realtor.com as soon as your listing is recognized.

How do I receive the still photos?
A -Simply
email us your copy/text in the body of an email or in a Word
doc. Attached to orders@allaccessphoto.com.

1. Click on “Download Photos” link
in your “Photos and Virtual Tour” confirmation
link.
2. Or, open your Virtual Tour from anywhere (including
Realtor.com or the mls) and click on the yellow button
in bottom right corner entitled “Download Photos.”
3. Simply select the desired still photos you want
to download and select the quality, either “WEB” for
web postings or “PRINT” for flyers and
newspaper advertisements. |
Q - How
do I prepare the copy for my flyer?
A - Simply
email us your copy/text in the body of an email or in a Word
doc. Attached to orders@allaccessphoto.com.
We will create a flyer proof
and reply back to you with in 24 hours. Please make any changes
to flyer proof by e-mail until approval. Once you approve
the flyer, we will submit to the printers.
NOTE: There is a 1pm deadline
each weekday for a 3pm delivery to your office the follow
day except Fridays where the printers charge an additional
Saturday FEDX delivery charge (please ask about current rates
as they change frequently).
Q -
Can I print my own flyers?
A - Yes, you
can print your own flyers for temporary purposes or additional
purposes. We will send you printable flyer proof, so once you
approve flyer, you can download the final flyer for in house
printing or to be emailed to a 3rd party printer at no additional

Q -
Can I re-order flyers?
A - Yes,
to re-orders flyers simply send an e-mail to orders@allaccessphoto.com and include your name, property address and quantity of flyers
needed. There is a 50 count minimum and 24 hour turn around available.

What other web sites do you post my virtual tour
and photos?
A - According
to a recent survey, 96% of home buyers visit Realtor.com and
the mls first when beginning their home search. Therefore, these
are the top two web placements that we offer. Publishing on other
sites such as Facebook, YouTube and Yahoo etc. do very little
in reaching additional prospective buyers according the data
we obtained.
As most of the buyers for
your home will come from the assistance of other agents,
we now offer the highly demanded E-mail blast (EBLAST), included
in all packages for FREE. Most services will send eblasts
to a short e-mail list of their customers. All Access blasts
2,000 local agents in Contra Costa County comprehensively
reaching your primary target market.
